Hi. I'm having trouble downloading Norton suite. I was re-routed to a Norton Specialist who tried several times to download without any luck. She asked me to get in touch with you guys again because it seems ther's something wrong with my login info. It won't open the Norton page. A message that the page we are trying to access is either moved or deleted.
Here's the instructions for the initial installation of Norton from Comcast:
Are you logged into your Primary Comcast Account, using a Windows User Account with Admin privelges, and conneted via your residential modem?
