Norton Sub "canceled by provider." PIN not valid.

Norton Sub "canceled by provider." PIN not valid.

Norton Subscription "canceled by provider" and my PIN is no longer valid.

 

The rest of my account is fine and I recieved no emails warning of changes.

 

Reinstalling Norton did not fix the problem.

I have the same problem. Following the instructions at https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Anti-Virus-Software-Internet-Security/NEW-Norton-Security-Online-and-H... did not help.  Does anyone have a solution.  Comcast Chat was no help and talking with Norton said it was a Comcast problem.

Sorry to be so long at responding.  The instruction the link provided did not help.  (I had previously tried them before - twice.  I finally got a hold of a Norton Chat tech that new of the problem.  He did a clean install on my machine.  I had to let him do it remotely.  It took over 3 hours to do it.
