I was not able to connect to the Norton Mac portal itself. I suspect the matter will be resolved shortly.

Are you trying to download/install currently?
I was never able to succeed in a simple download and install of Norton Security for Mac via Xfinity. Xfinity/Comcat fell down on this one.
If I thought there was any hope of success I'd give it another try. I am still completely disatisfied. It can not be that difficult to simply provide a service that requires a simple download and install. Hundreds of other app providers manage to accomplish this task in less time than it takes
for a Keurig to brew a cup of coffee.
