Norton Security Online Cancelled

Woke up this morning to the error "Norton Security Online is not active because your service provider has cancelled your subscription" both locally and on the Norton My Account website.

 

I have tried the steps to reactivate from XFinity, but despite the Subscription ID's matching, I still have been cancelled.  Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, same thing. Contacted Norton by chat and logged a ticket. But, it has so far been unresolved.

Mine resolved itself yesterday after opening a ticket with Comcast, and a ticket with Norton.

What # did you call for comcast assistance? I tried that route and the person didn't know anything and forwarded my call to the group that handles Norton.

I did online chat for both Norton and Comcast.  Online chat escalated to level 2 after going through the level 1 playbook.

 

Norton just told me they were "aware of the issue, and engineering was working on a fix".

Mine resolved itself sometime last week!
