Woke up this morning to the error "Norton Security Online is not active because your service provider has cancelled your subscription" both locally and on the Norton My Account website.
I have tried the steps to reactivate from XFinity, but despite the Subscription ID's matching, I still have been cancelled. Anyone else seeing this?
Yes, same thing. Contacted Norton by chat and logged a ticket. But, it has so far been unresolved.
Mine resolved itself yesterday after opening a ticket with Comcast, and a ticket with Norton.
What # did you call for comcast assistance? I tried that route and the person didn't know anything and forwarded my call to the group that handles Norton.
