My norton anti-virus is expired. How do I get a new PIN?

My norton anti-virus is expired. How do I get a new PIN? Norton is giving me the following message:

Enter the 13-digit PIN code you received from your service provider. If you do not have a PIN code, contact your service provider for assistance.

A bit more info may be helpful:

  • Are you referring to the free Norton offered by Comcast or an expired retail version?
  • If Comcast version:
    •  How did you get notified that it was expired?
    • Have you recently moved?
