I need to download Nortorn but I keep getting an error message....help please

This is the error message that I get when I try to download Norton from the xfinity website.

My default browser is chrome and my operating system is Windows 10

A couple of things :

  • Are you logged into your primary Comcast Account ?
  • Are you connected via your residential modem?
  • Have you followed the instructions in the link I provided above?
  • Have you tired to check the Norton Service Status:   https://status.norton.com/
  • Do you have Fast Start disabked ion WIN 10?

I just checked and the download link is working.
