Error 0x80004005 when my Outlook 2013 POP account tries to get email

I have been getting error 0x80004005 when my Outlook 2013 POP account tries to get email. Error started 2/20, after your notice about new email conversion and I have not been able to resolve. No problem on other devices except from one PC running Outlook 2013 on Win7.
