Parental was set and we didn't set it in the bedroom!? Locked out as we do not know the #...pls advise
when you set the PIN it is valid on all your TVs and there is an option to 'sleep' the request for PIN. If you don't remember your PIN you can turn it off at the web site (have to login first) https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/parental-controls/edit-locks. If you run into problems reply back and we can escalate to a Comcast Official Employee who can then contact you via Email.
