Wired and Wifi Speed fluctuation to the point of frequent disconnections. Started Yesterday, continuing into today.

Hello,
I have the 1200MB plan from Xfinity, and I'm using their equipment. I've had no issues since it was installed a little over a year ago. Yesterday I noticed a bunch of times where I'd flat out lose internet, or it would be very slow. My PC is hardwired with ethernet to the Xfinity Modem. At the same time I would check my Iphone on the Wifi, same issue either completely lost Wifi and using 5G, or really slow loading times. This happened frequently throughout the day. I chalked it up to maybe Xfinity having an issue yesterday.
Today I noticed same thing, and I ran speedtests from Ookla, and the Xfinity Speedtest both on my PC wired to modem, and on my Iphone on the wifi. Both would be fluctuating between tests showing like 40MB-900MB and anywhere in between. During troubleshooting with Xfinity, we power cycled many times, ensured all cables are proper, and he tried a few things on his end, and I was getting ~900MB down and it seemed stable, but then only a few minutes later and a few tests later it just kept going back down under 100MB. They are shipping me a new modem to try but I still wanted to post here to see if it's something I can fix today.
