Wifi not working

I'll start by saying I did all the basic stuff, restarting router by unplugging and using the app, forgetting wifi and reconnecting, forgetting devices on Xfinity app, deleting app and redownloading but nothing works.

Wifi stopped working on my phone tried doing all the troubleshooting steps I found on the app and online forums, wifi only works on some apps on my phone and not others so im forced to turn wifi off and use data (Xfinity app annoyingly being one of the not working ones). Wifi also works on my TV which makes it not working on my phone confusing as its not my phone as both mine and my girlfriends stopped working and we both have an iPhone and Samsung between us. The wifi also won't work on my PC as it says its pasued but I have no connected devices that are shown as paused on the Xfinity app
