Unstable Upstream When Streaming - Issue Only when its Night and below 50 degrees
Is there anyway to keep data of losing upstream randomly at night after 5pm everyday.
A year or two ago I had a technician come out multiple times to try and fix the issue only to find out it was an issue on the line 100 house up the road after 2 months of problems with the upstream. Unfortunately, I am a gamer and stream and when the upload goes from the typical 35 to around 0/3/4 and back up it causes massive disconnects with the game and streaming. I just dont know how to go about getting assistance in checking all these issues if their scans in my house always come back as clean. (It is spotty issue throughout a 2 hour stream) Log file reads that 2% of all frames are dropped due to network hangups.

Hello RStream12, I can see how the slowed upload speeds would get annoying to deal with while you're gaming/streaming. Especially as we approach those colder nights. I'd like to help, and I appreciate you already mentioning what you've done in the past as well that pattern you noticed. I'd like to first take a few steps to make sure we're on the same page and take the best approach. Are you using a standalone/personal router along with your modem? Also, are you able to confirm if the upload issues only impact your gaming or are any other devices seeing the same slow speeds?
