slow internet speeds.
300 Mbps plan and getting around 50 Mbps at good times, 20 Mbps at others
- tried resetting router via xfinity webpage - didnt seem to reset as internet was always available
- using xfinity website to diagnose my modem and it says there is an issue connecting to my modem
- wifi off, all wired connections unplugged and just my laptop plugged directly into router - 50 Mbps speedtest result.
Time for a new modem or time to finally say 'yes' to my weekly visit from the FIOS rep?
Any thoughts appreciated.
