Service

I had a scheduled service this Sunday 7/20, I called & spoke to one of your stellar techs & was assured that it was still on the. Schedule but my account shows no scheduled service!  I have been without service since Wednesday afternoon 7/16!!!

user_ild34i If you go to the Appointment section of your account via the web portal, you will be able to see if an appointment is scheduled for you.
