Repeated internet drops
I am WFH and my daughter schools virtually. We have had consistent internet issues for the last few months. I can be in the middle of a call and get dropped, she's been dropped during class. It sometimes lasts a few seconds and sometimes it can be several minutes. It's very unstable. I have a Netgear WiFi Cable/Modem Router Combo that stated it was compatible with Xfinity internet. Should I try to call for service? Will Xfinity help since I'm not using their router (because it was costly and had the same issues...)?
