receiving hang up calls from xfinity

Xfinity caller ID shows up, and then before you can say hello they hang up.  Do you think the number is auto dialed and the agent then looks to see that it belongs to a past customer?  I am that customer.  I cancelled Xfinity as I could not get anyone on the phone to discuss the $90 fee for going-over the data.  It is like it is set up for you to not fix it, upgrade, or discuss this charge.  Since I cancelled, these calls started.  I even got a supervisor a week later - I simply stated too little too late.  REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY.  My new motto, if you do not let a paying customer speak to a human in 45 seconds or less - I will not do business with you.

user_igl054 We don't typically proactively call customers unless there is an issue with the account. How many calls are you getting? We'd be happy to look into the account to see if anything is noted on why they are reaching out.
