new router not communicating with my printer

you had me put in a new router, its not allowing my printer to communicate with my computer

user_0ps9vh I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your printer with the new equipment. I would recommend checking the security settings through the admin portal to see if everything is configured with the specifications with your printer. 
 
1. Access your Xfinity gateway's settings via a web browser (at 10.0.0.1).
2. Log in using your credentials.
3. Navigate to the Wi-Fi or Security settings.
