Network setup error and port forwarding

I am requesting assistance with a known bug. My Xfinity App is stuck in the activation loop, preventing me from accessing the Port Forwarding settings for my CGM4140COM Gateway. I need to forward port 42240. Please re-provision my account to clear the activation status.

Hi there, @user_ycfk5k! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up port forwarding. Resetting the power for the modem, and logging out and back into the app may clear this. Let us know if the problem is still occurring after that.
