Modem connects but will only allow internet for desktop, not routers or laptop

Recently, my internet went down. I got a tech to come but he ultimately had to get maintenance out to do work on the junction box.

Since then, my modem can connect to the internet but I can only access the internet by hardwiring my desktop directly to the modem. I've reset my modem connected to my router and even signed into the router's page to do a factory reset but it still won't connect to my router. I've tried resetting with several different ethernet cables without success. I even hooked up an old router I still have and my laptop without any luck.

I'm using a Motorola MB8611 modem and tp link deco x20 router. This set up was working with no issues until the recent outage. The old router I tried was a linksys EA6200 which I used until I decided to do a mesh network the decos.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello @user_178824 I understand you are experiencing trouble connecting to your internet service over Wi-Fi. Have you tried connecting to the router by re entering the wireless network key?
