Issue: Slow Upload Speed on Gigabit Extra Plan with XB7

Hello, I'm having an issue with my XB7 gateway. I'm on the Gigabit Extra plan in a Next Gen enhanced area. On a direct wired connection with a Cat 8 cable, my upload speed is capped at 42 Mbps.

I believe my bootfile is incorrect and needs to be updated to unlock the full upload speeds of my plan. I've tested with multiple devices, and the issue is consistent. Can an Official Employee please help?

Once an employee asks me to, I will send a direct message with my account information to continue. Thank you.

Yes, there is still a problem. It hasn't improved. I have tested a few times a day since its still between 39 and 41.22 on different devices, wired and wireless.
