Interuption issues

I lose connectivity to both cable and Internet frequently throughout the day.  I think I need to schedule an in-home inspection as well as an outside line inspection.  I am paying way too much money for a product with this issue.  I have had someone check it; it got better. Then it got worse.  I have even tried moving my modem around.

Hello, @cnoversa, I hope you are having a good Friday eve. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your services. I certainly know how frustrating it can be to experience issues, there can be multiple things that can be possibly causing issues with the service. Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps our expert friend suggested on the link above?
