Internet Connection Drops

  I have been having internet disconnection problems for several days now. It has been around 5 days. I have not been able to establish a stable connection. I had a tech visit and do some work on cables and he said that would most likely fix my problem, but I’m still having issues. I contacted customer service on the xfinity app and they told me that it could be due to my internet service plan not being able to support the amount of devices I had connected so I upgraded to a different program, but I was told by another customer service agent that it was not processed and now they want me to pay more. I was guaranteed that a speed upgrade would fix my problem, but now I cannot even get that processed. This connection issue is causing me to lose money and I’m close to cancelling my xfinity service if this is not resolved.
