user_i9vggo Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your home network and WIFI not working. Have you checked the Xfinity app or our Xfinity status center to see if there were any posted alerts for your location? Or used the Xfinity assistant to start troubleshooting?
try a hard reset, I had to do this after setting bridge mode horribly failed with wifi AND ethernet all disabled - definitely a firmware failure on xfinity's part.. Tech support was unable to figure it out remotely since the modem was online, yet the ethernet and the wifi was not functional. Holding the hard reset brought the rental modem back on line. Unfortunately, xfinity seeing every device on your home network is beyond sketchy and why I need to run my own router: xinity has no reason to see devices like my phones, computers and what printer is connected. Very creepy on xfinity's part.
