I have been having repeated dropped connections

This has been going on for past 3 weeks. have not been able to reach any support. I have a leased Xfinity gateway.

@user_0suld7 Welcome to our community forum and thank you @EG for jumping in with those awesome troubleshooting tips :). I rely on my internet for work every day, so I know how stressful it can be to deal with issues on top of everything else going on. I'm so sorry for the frustration and I'll stick with you here until everything is resolved.

 

Did you get a chance to complete the troubleshooting steps listed in that link?
