Help me please

My internet has been temporarily disconnected, I don’t get paid until next Friday can someone please help Me as I work from home and teach my two children from home as well. Someone please help me

Thanks for reaching out to us as a single parent of two I know how important it is to have a working services.

 

Depending on your account if you're eligible for a payment arrangement https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement when you log into your account on the Xfinity app you should  see a notification about your past due amount and asking if you need more time to pay and then that's where you should be able to set up a payment arrangement.

 

 Please let me know if you log into the app and are able to set up the payment arrangement?

I was only able to select a date and the last due amount it said thank you for setting up your payment arrangement and that was it but my services are still off normally it’ll restore until the date I set it.

We will have to see if your account was even eligible, because a payment arrangement is a little different than a scheduled payment which that's what it sounds like you did as your services would be on if your account was eligible for a payment arrangement.

 

So go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and your complete service address to see if we have eligibility to restore your services

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
