Excessive outages/latency in 80021
As a customer with over 20 years as a network analyst, could someone please explain in detail why we've had so many outages in this area over the past few months? This is impacting my ability to earn a living as I'm a teleworker. Feel free to use technical terms. It appears that your outage sensors or algorithm doesn't consider excessive latency as an "outage", even though it often causes corruption when using SFTP or other file transfers
