Daily Resets: No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

I'm experiencing 2x-3x Drops/Resets a day.  Trying to determine if it's an error on my side or with the Xfinity.  Thanks for any help/guidance.  - Paul

 

Modem:  Arris SBG10

Xfinity Plan: 300 Mbps

FWIW, you could try adding a 10dB attenuator pad to the coax line at the back of the modem to balance out those power levels and see if it helps. It may or may not be the root cause of your problem. YMMV. Good luck !
