Consistently slow download speed
Recently, my download speed has averaged between 1.2 and 4.1 Mbps. I have restarted all devices (modem, router, desktop), reset my network, verified with a separate laptop, and followed the AI chatbot's troubleshooting. Nothing has helped.
Please, assist.
