Are you actually experiencing any connectivity issues or are you just focusing on those error log entries ?
My service varies hour to hour and after going through 3 modems the T# errors has been a constant (not opinion) facts that they will not resolve. Per arris they are not providing power in the required range. And I wouldn't be here asking for help if I didn't need it. Why is it that you dont ask why wont comcast get the system in specification? You sound like comcast. I have facts and they want to discuss everything but the facts. If your car was out of alignment wouldn't the tech tell you that you need to get in specification 1st? Or would you ask are you sure your traveling on level ground. give me a break.
