Cable Modem Error Logs

Hello,

 

I'm having issues with my internet and xfintiy agents cant figure it out yet. I would to post my error logs to see if somone could help me to decipher error codes to see if there is an answer why i'm not getting speeds I have payed for. Is there personal information in the event logs. I will post partial logs until I find out.

 

Here are some errors: 

 

  • Time Not Established, Critical (3), No UCDs Received - Timeout;;CM-MAC
  • Time Not Established, Critical (3), SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing;;CM-MAC=
  • Time Not Established, Critical (3), No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Please post the error log entries in their entirety and also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
