Add 2nd WAN IP to my Arris S33 Modem

This is my first post. I am reaching out to see if @ComcastMorgan can help me out with adding a 2nd WAN IP to my S33 modem. I currently have Gigabit Internet Service if that helps at all.

I have read a few recent post with others that have attempted the same thing and would like to try my hand at this. 😄

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

Hi, Gohan472. I will happily look into this for you! We can check to see if we might still have this feature available for you in your area. If so, I can enable the service for you and we can go from there. It normally costs an extra $4.95 per month to have a second IP address added onto your account.
