Error TVAPP-00144

Apple TV 4K can’t view streaming channels in the 4000 and up. Theses are the tvgo channels.

New Xfinity Stream app update has now fixed this issue.  Thank You

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

Just to update this thread. As stated above issue was fixed with last update. Tier 2 support told me that it was because my Apple TV 4K was not a portable device. I argued that the tvgo channels were on every other device including my tv’s, iPhone, iPads etc. Couple days later, all the channels are now visible. Weird how that happens.
