Awful customer service

I have called six times got hung up on, and still not resolution. Xfinity first of all should have call reviews on each agent, Xfinity is allowing us customers to be disrespected, without resolutions. Xfinity seems to hire very very unknowledgeable agents, over seas agents are the worse. I plan on taking my business elsewhere or cancel all in one. My account information spreader all over seas seems to be a safety risk as well. I hope this company lose alot of business due to poor customer service, and over prices.
