Xfinity Stream app

The Xfinity Stream app has not worked for over a week. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but it’s still not working.

We’ve been using the app for several months and it was working fine.  Recently when I clicked on the app to watch it, it brought up the QR code to sign in again.  When I did this it say “This package is not yet available on this device.”  I’ve chatted with a couple different agents through Xfinity chat and they weren’t able to resolve the issue and said they would escalate the issue.  I haven’t heard back from anyone.  We have reset the tv, internet and deleted and reloaded the app.  I even tried it on a different tv and got the same message.
