Xfinity Stream App

All of my recordings on my DVR are not showing up on the app. I’ve reinstalled it, signed out and also signed in as a different user. Doesn’t make a difference. I’d say that I am missing about 20% of my recordings.

Hello @skullman50   Thank you for reaching out regarding your recordings. Are you able to verify they're missing on more than one device? Are they missing from the web portal as well at https://www.xfinity.com/stream/   ?

Yes, I’ve tried it on my iPad, iPhone and web portal. They all show the same listings and the same ones are missing.

@skullman50   Thank you for taking those troubleshooting steps. I'd like to send a signal over to tell your modem what you should have access to so we'll need to retrieve the account. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Please include your full name and service address. 
Press Enter to send it
