Xfinity Stream App Not Opening/Loading

This is beyond frustrating, as I pay a lot of money for Xfinity to always have the streaming app not load/ Go to a black screen Or/ have a commercial be on steady repeat!  Tried a million different things, logging in and out, troubleshooting, restarted tv, reinstalling the app… I also went into just the xfinity app itself and checked there ran all the diagnostic test etc.there was Nothing found! Says my internet is great and TV is also connected with no issues? Also,  I checked the streaming app on my phone and it works just fine? You Xfinity need to do better in mitigating this situation! to many bugs/ issues with the TV app. Can’t even watch what I pay a lot for, No consistency either! Highly dissatisfied.
