Thank you for reaching out to us in our communities forum. We never want any of our customers to experience an issue trying to use our Xfinity Stream app. I hope I am reading this right, are you having an issue viewing a particular channel (network) from the Xfinity Stream app? If so, my next question is, are you away from your home or are you at your house? Some channels/networks are only viewable if you are viewing them from your "In-Home" WiFi network. Meaning, they only work if you are at your house. If you are away from your home, some of those networks are not viewable, such as live sporting events. Can you tell me what network you are trying to watch, and if you are away or at your home? Thank you for your time.

thanks Daryl.
I am on my in home WiFi. I’m trying to watch baseball on Marquee network and NBC Sports net Chicago. Cubs & Sox games. I keep getting a message that I need to be on my in home WiFi even though I am at home on the WiFi with mi phone.

Thanks for getting back to us and confirming this information, very helpful. I am sorry you're experiencing this and we definitely want to get to the bottom of why this is occurring on your end. Also to confirm, have you attempted to see if you run into this problem on any other mobile devices? Are you able to view the programming on your cable box and TV? Over the past 2 days has the issue continued?

We look forward to hearing back from you!
