Roku (Error createDrmSession.403-102)

Problem with Roku streaming of saved (recorded) programs only. I have two Roku boxes. One willl access saved recordings if I "trick it" by continually pressing the arrow keys as it opens the "SAVED" link. A bit frustrating, but it works. The newer Roku box simply exits the Xfinity app when I try to access saved/recordings. I've done factory resets on all my equipment, checked for updates, removed and re-installed the xfinity streaming beta app, checked registrations of all gear, and switched from wired to wireless connections -no help. Xfinity support is helpful with the restarts, reboots, power-offs, logoffs, and putting me on hold. I've logged more than 11 hours of phone time with them. No help. This worked fine three days ago. I changed nothing. The equpment I'm using was recommended by Xfinity. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer...
