Problem with steaming App on Roku

I have been using the streaming app over my home WiFi to my Roku Ultra and Roku TV for several years now with no problems.  I upgraded my modem last week to one that is on the supported list.  I used the auto install.  The streaming app continued to work fine until tonight.  While watching the message appeared: "This device can only access Xfinity Stream on your in-home Xfinity Wifi. Watch on other remote devices....   Also on the message was:  (Error createDrmSession. TVAPP-00101)
I have restarted and unlinked  - relinked my Rokus, deleted and reinstalled the Stream app on my Roku, powered down the main and extension routers, restarted the modem and still get the error on both Roku devices.

The Mac address of the modem agrees with what is on my device listing.

We took a look at your issue and it looks like froma billing perspective the customer owned modem has not been properly registered. Please call 1-800-XFINITY to resolve the issue.
