Peacock issues

My account says I have Peacock premium but when I go into Peacock it doesn't work.  It used to work, now it does t.  I have not changed my TVs or passwords and when I use the xfinity app and click on their link it doesn't work.  I tired in mobile app and on box.  And they won't connect me to someone live.  

So have other folks had this issue, where they say you have but make it impossible to activate or troubleshoot?

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_5yniof. Do you have the service as part of our Xfinity Membership rewards? Or is it due to subscribing to our 1 GB plan? Have you tried using our xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions website to activate the service?
