No picture on Xfinity Stream on Apple TV

I have sound but no video. I have update app, powered everything on and off but nothing works. I had. Video on this tv and app for 2 months - now no picture (but sound and I can see Guide, etc.)

same issue. it used to work quite well on AppleTV. now there’s a new casting menu in the Xfinity stream app, and when selecting AppleTV no picture at all when casting, just sound.

@user_6j5f0k & @Rog667 If you're still experiencing no picture while using the Xfinity Stream app on your Apple TV, you will want to ensure that your Apple TV is connected to your Xfinity in-home WiFi, as the app requires this connection to access Xfinity TV services. Additionally, check that your Apple TV device supports tvOS version 15 or later. Also, the app will not function properly if connected to other networks, including Xfinity WiFi hotspots.
