Error Code TVAPP-00100

While attempting to install the Xfinity App onto my Samsung television, I’m getting an error message “Sorry, something went wrong” with error code (Error TVAPP-00100). My Samsung TV is compatible so I’m not sure why I’m receiving the error message. I have a few other Samsung tv’s of which the app was installed without issue. Please advise. Thank you.
