XFINITY My Account App Sign In Failure

I was trying to sign in to check why we have no Internet, but I was unable to do so because of an issue with the XFINITY My Account app. 

I keep getting the message that I’m logged in but cannot access my account, despite using the proper sign in. This has been going on for months and its made it very frustrating to be an XFINITY customer.

I can definitely understand how frustrating it would be to not be able to sign into the My Account app to check for updates for a service interruption as well as being able to set up a notification when services are restored. I would love to look into this further as well as ensure that your services are working well again.
