Trying to schedule a payment arrangement and the app crashes whenever I got to set the date

Hello @user_aeb37b. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you're having with the app. Have you done any troubleshooting at all? If not, please try the following steps:
- Uninstall the app and install once again
- Check the app is up to date
Are you experiencing the same issue on any other device?
@XfinityGabby Been There Done That... It doesn't work, Your update caused the problem. please fix the glitch with the Xfinity My Account App.
You have yo connect to your xfinity wifi only to connect to the apps its unfortunate but seems to be the only way to open them as if right now.
The app updated yesterday ( Samsung 20+5G android ) , will not open , uninstalled it still noting , suggestions ?
@KSTARVA Mine is doing the Exact same thing, Its not right but I found If I connect my phone to wifi on my xfinity network it will stay open. Its rather anoying I wish they would fix the app

same thing is happening here as well, only with Wi-Fi will it open and stay open
