Xfinity App not working all of a sudden

When we sign into our Xfinity home app now all of a sudden it is giving us a message that says please call Xfinity to have someone restore your services we have nothing wrong with our services and then we call the 800 number the cameras are working. But the app is not working so we cannot and no longer turn on and off our alarm system
