I can not get into the app because it says I need to upgrade that my version is no longer available but there is nowhere to upgrade. Why is this happening?! I'm trying to pay my bill and it's a chore just to log in!

Hi, @user_8d6227! Thanks for reaching out and knocking on our virtual door. We appreciate you greatly for patiently waiting for a response. I am sorry to learn about this experience with not being able to get into the app. This is definitely not what we like to hear about. I use the My Account app all the time to pay my bill so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. We are the perfect team to help. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the issue?
