Thank you for bringing this app update to our attention so we can address this. Is this only on the Xfintiy MyAccount app or are you having trouble with any other apps as well? Could you try deleting the app and reinstalling it, please? Let me know if this works or if you need any additional support. We’re here for you!

It says it requires an update yet in the google play app store there's not an update posted to update the app. What now?
