Unable to access account via Xfinity My Account app

Unable to access account via My account app. Presented with error message "we're sorry. Unable to connect. Please try again." I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the all but no change.

Try to go to my account it says I've been logged out log back in I hit okay and it don't do nothing
