Trouble activating the Gateway

Trying to access my account on my phone app.

Message is 'Sorry we're having some trouble activating your Gateway.'

I'm having the same issue and have called 2x with no resolve.

be sure any VPN is off. you can use a browser and go to xfinity.com and sign in then go to account.
