@djvisionfl Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. The Digital Return Center is required for UPS PIckUps. For the drop-off methods, you do not need to do this step. I do recommend making sure your Xfinity ID is listed as a Primary or Manager on the address you are trying to make a return on.
@XfinityTony if someone there would have told me a return shipping label is included in every box you sent out that would have saved everyone time and headache. That's a pretty basic thing that your customer service should have known off the top of their head.
